Ingredients
- 1 small red onion
- 1 large green capsicum
- 1 large tomato
- 2 cups of baby spinach (washed)
- 1/3 cup pitted and chopped olives (optional)
- 1/3 cup tinned pineapple chunks (optional)

- 1 large (family-sized) pizza base
- 1/2 cup shredded pizza or Mozzarella cheese
(3/4 cup if you want it more cheesy)
- 2 tbsps tomato paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetta vegetable stock powder or salt to taste

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with aluminium foil and place the pizza base on it. Spread the tomato paste on the pizza base and then sprinkle the garlic powder and Vegetta (or salt) on top.

- Evenly spread the spinach over the pizza base.
- Evenly spread the cheese on top of the spinach.

|
- Chop the tomatoes, capsicum and onion into small pieces.
- Arrange the tomatoes on the pizza base, followed by the capsicum and, finally, the onions.
- Arrange the optional olives and pineapple chunks on top of the pizza.

- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Cut the pizza into eight slices and enjoy with a salad.
